Billing questions

How do payments work?

Checkout runs on Stripe’s hosted page, so your card details never reach Surf. Your plan or tokens are applied once Stripe confirms the payment.

Can I buy tokens without a paid plan?

Yes. Tokens are a one-time purchase on any plan, Free included, in any quantity.

Do included tokens carry over?

No. Tokens included with Pro or Studio are credited each billing period and expire with it.

What happens to tokens from a refunded payment?

Surf takes back the refunded share. If those tokens were already spent, the balance goes negative and spending pauses until new tokens cover it.

How many subscriptions can an account hold?

One at a time. Token purchases are separate, so you can buy them while a subscription is open.
